This website is maintained by Bondwith as a service to our customers. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms and FAQ carefully and, if you do not agree to these terms and conditions set forth herein, we ask that you refrain from browsing or otherwise using our website.

Payments

  • Prices are listed in RM (Malaysian Ringgit)
  • Prices do not include shipping, duties and taxes

Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Our delivery options and costs may vary. View what’s currently available at checkout.
  • Please note, your order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on our purchase when it arrives in the destination country. Our courier partner will contact you in advance of delivering the goods.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses at this time.
  • Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an tracking number to track its progress online.
  • Allow 3-10 business days for order processing.
  • If a tracking number is not sent within 10 business days,

Order Editing or Cancellation

  • An order cannot be edited or canceled after fulfillment. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us here immediately. Please not that we cannot guarantee any changes to vour order.

Returns

  • All sales are final. Returns are offered only for defective or incorrect items. Defective or incorrect items must be unused and unwashed. If the item you received is defective or incorrect, you have 7 business days upon reception to contact us at info@bondwith.com. Pictures must be provided.
  • Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed once the returned product has reached our warehouse and has been inspected. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.

Lost Packages

  • Bondwith is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Costs of stolen/lost parcel is absorbed by the customer.

Chargebacks and Inquiries

  • If such a situation arises, please contact us here before opening a chargeback.
  • If a chargeback or inquiry has been opened, please allow a minimum of 80 business days to resolve a dispute.

Privacy Policy

  • When purchasing an item, or when inquiring, we may gather personal information. The kinds of information we gather on these pages are your name, postal address, email address and phone number. We do not gather credit/debit card information. A third party payment processor handles this data securely. None of your credit/debit card information is stored anywhere on this site.
  • The information you provide about yourself when placing an order is used only to complete that order. This information is not shared with any third parties except where it is necessary to complete/deliver that order. We use the email addresses provided to answer the emails we receive. Your email address is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with any third parties.
